"Great spot close to several subways, ferries, and Battery park. Our room had some slight issues with water but we were able to finagle the toilet and fix it ourselves. The rooms were cleaned well each day and on the day of our departure, we were able to keep our bags there while we roamed at no charge. Overall would stay there again."

"The hotel was very close to subway stations which made it convenient for our travel. We arrived early and the staff stored our luggage until we got back later in the night. It was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The hotel helped us arrange very early transportation to the airport."

"The check in was super easy and the check out was extremely easy. The elevators were I bit annoying but we navigated it. The restaurant connected to the hotel, although a separate entity, was great except my son is HIGHLY allergic to dairy. He order a $70 steak and we specified No butter. For the first time ever at 8 years old he tried something new. Within two bites my husband had to rush him to the bathroom and he vomited three times. We had to leave without eating. The restaurant refunded his uneaten steak but should’ve compensated our whole meal. The bill was $300 and it was my birthday. I don’t blame it on the hotel but don’t eat there if anyone has an anaphylactic allergy. They claimed that there was no butter but cross contamination. Overall, great hotel but don’t go to Skinos if anyone has any allergies."
