“It is a good location and close to bus and subways. The room is small but this is New York. The bed is very comfortable, the shower and air conditioning were good. The staff is nice but service is okay. If you need something it can take awhile. There is very little storage; a few hangers. We had to ask for more. no drawers to put clothes. Overall it was okay.”

“Walls are thin, could hear neighbors having sex & conversation Cleanliness could’ve been better Breakfast was not up to part, sausage was still frozen Didn’t have hot water for over 24 hours”

“Loved my stay, felt safe and comfortable as a woman<3 Had the best frozen yogurt, :Culture" and deli bagel near by too <3 will be back”

“OK”
