“The room was nice spacious and very clean only down side was the heater was noisy when it turned on. The property was nice clean and well maintained. There was a 99 restaurant in the same parking lot minutes walk from hotel. I did not get to enjoy breakfast as I had to leave at 545am and does not open till 6am. But would have nice to grab coffee before leaving ”

“Clean rooms an great for on price as long as it's before Friday or Saturday. The 2 down sides are no breakfasts and the wifi u have to put the password in a portal and xbox series x cant open the portal that is the biggest things for me but probably not to u oh an just so u don't make the same mistake I did pay the 100 dollar deposit in cash do if u need to rebook it will just roll over if u use card u have to wait 72 hours to get that back an they cant reuse it until they resend it an that put……

“We were visiting family in Bristol for the holidays and used Founders Brook as our home base for five nights. The property is close to Portsmouth’s downtown area and a hop over the bridge to Bristol. We had some of the best sleep we’ve had in years and felt very at home. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and each time we notice improvements. Love the complimentary toiletries!!”
