We rented this condo after selling our home in the neighborhood and used it as a base while traveling around Florida and looking for a new home. Many of these condos in Laterra are lovely and updated. Unfortunately, this is not one of those. It was not our favorite VRBO. Check in and communication was great but the unit is dark and dated with dirty range, stained carpet, unappealing bathroom and an occasional roach scurrying by....
