“It’s a wonderful property but they only give out bottled water in the rooms to reward members. You would expect the $1 water bottle to be included with the room for such a nice hotel. Even motels include water. Outside of that, the hotel and staff were fantastic.”

“Rooms were very clean and the beds were well maintained. The mini-fridge and microwave in each room were nice and useful. AC/heater was easy to figure out. Owners were lovely and helpful during check-in. It's just outside of Perth, so there's only fast food nearby unless you head into town. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!”

“Very comfortable bed and staff was welcoming and kind. Property is a little older and could use some updating but if you are looking for a clean comfortable bed that is affordable, this is a great place to stay. The property is right on the river. Breakfast only includes carbs.”

“Good quality plentiful breakfast, good mattress, good shower, poor maintenance: just above floor wall power receptacle cover plate broken power connection wires visible, door entry prevention (when door unlocked) hasp broken off sharp metal edges exposed. - Advised staff during stay, so they can get maintenance to remedy safety problematic items. Security very good, as is the location.”
