"I have stayed at the Social Hub twice and it is a clean, modern hotel within easy walking distance to the historic center and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Conveniently, there is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel that goes directly to the airport. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful."

"Staff was great! Room was nice and spacious and hotel close to the markets and restaurants !! Elevator was very small especially if you have a wheelchair which we had and barely fit! Would recommend!"

The location was convenient, the amenities were excellent, and every detail made the experience feel special. The service truly went above and beyond, and I felt valued throughout my visit. "This hotel was great! All new amenities, very clean and in a location ideal for access to the main train station. The pool was a highlight and, although it did get busy, we never waited long for a sun lounger. Would definitely recommend!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was wonderful to us! They took our luggage to the room upon arrival and shuttled us to town. The grounds are beautiful. Next time we would stay longer! We hired a taxi and went to a small winery that was a great experience. St Agnes’s farm. You need a reservation. Fantastic wines!!"
