Please note: there is no EV charger provided, but a 240v plug is available in the garage for guests to use with their own mobile charger. ➤ Commercial signage or advertisements on any vehicles parked on the property are not permitted. The Neighborhood: Tucked into North Scottsdale, this neighborhood offers a peaceful suburban feel while keeping you close to city perks. Streets are quiet and lined with desert landscaping, and mountain views peek out in the distance, adding to the area’s natural charm. It’s a spot where neighbors wave hello, and the vibe feels safe and welcoming. Just minutes away, you’ll find excellent shopping and dining at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, plus grocery stores and local cafés for everyday needs. Green spaces and walking trails are nearby, perfect for morning jogs or sunset strolls. Golf lovers have several top-notch courses within easy reach. The area also boasts quick access to Loop 101, making commuting around the Valley a breeze. Great schools, parks, and recreational options make it popular for families and professionals alike. It’s a wonderful blend of convenience, beauty, and Scottsdale’s signature relaxed lifestyle. Other Things to Note: ➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed. ➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
