Mother/daughter get away!

Perfect for our mom and three daughters trip! We all had our own bedroom. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around in Chandler AZ. The pool was great also. Host responded quickly to any questions we had.

Easter Getaway

We expected to show up to a beautiful property per the VRBO listing and in person it even exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home. They had everything you could need and more for a perfect getaway. We are frequent vacation rental users and are owners ourselves. This was our favorite property we’ve stayed at to date.

Fabulous Family Baseball Spring Break

Our family was extremely pleased with this beautiful property, as it was spacious, and was showcased with "comfortable" designer details including a stunning updated decor, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, high-end appliances, and a picturesque view of the lake from the pool and outdoor dining areas. The spacious layout included a billiard table (which was a highlight for our teens and us to enjoy in our evenings after the ballgames), and family dining area, and well arranged seating areas for March Madness viewing! The pool was professionally serviced while we were there, as well as the landscape. Most important to mention is our valuable host, Christian. He was available as we planned our trip with dining and shopping options, as well helped us navigate golf and baseball venues. Christian provided an excellent guest book with specific photos and instructions for the property; and how lovely to be welcomed with a bottle of wine and a fridge stocked with beverages. He also was quick to reply when we had questions about turning the waterfall on the infinity pool, fishing off the backyard patio suggestions, and departure details. If our grandson returns for another baseball tournament in Scottsdale, we will be returning to this property! Thank you for a fabulous family spring break!

Beautiful Property

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! The views are absolutely beautiful. The pool was clean, as was the house. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms are all decent size. You do have to contact the owner for things like turning on the waterfall each day, which typically there is a remote for, but the owner is very responsive. One thing to mention is that we had a minivan as a car rental and it does not fit in the garage unless parked at an angle. The garage is very shallow. We made it work, but if you have multiple vehicles, it could be an issue. The ice maker runs extremely slow, so if you plan to be at the house a lot, you'll want to pick up bags of ice. We all loved this house and are hoping to stay here next year for our family trip.

5+ You won’t regret staying here!

If you think the photos are good, you haven’t seen anything yet. This place is absolutely gorgeous and stocked with everything! My family stayed here and enjoyed every moment. Amazing sunsets, large rooms, beautifully updated bathrooms and the kitchen is gorgeous. Christian is amazing and very communicative, pool was warm, even in the middle of December! The pictures look beautiful but to see it in person is even better. Thank you, Christian.

Our family had an exceptional stay at "The Ritz" at Sandpiper Shores in Chandler, Arizona. The spacious and impeccably clean home provided a beautiful retreat, conveniently close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The welcoming Christmas tree added a festive touch, and the warm pool overlooking the lake enhanced the overall experience. Situated in a well-landscaped, higher-end community, this VRBO rental truly lived up to its name, offering a delightful and memorable holiday getaway. It was definitely a five star experience!
