“Wonderful hotel in the center of Santiago! A bit of an issue getting my style C adapter to fit in their older style L outlets. But the hotel lent me one that worked. ”

“This hotel is very close from the Metro, and its nearby Shopping Costanera Center. The hotel itself is kinda old, but inside is very clean, since its old, the elevator is very small and have to wait longer time, but beside that the room is very good and clean. The one I didn't like was the breakfast, the egg was cold, the table was a mess, no one was there to help me clean the table.”

“This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. Nice breakfast,……

“Huge room, very clean, lots of amenities and super nice staff! I arrived at 7:30am from a long overnight trip, they allowed me to have breakfast and had the courtesy of providing early check in at around 10:30am, which I had not asked but I think I looked really tired. They truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful.”
