“Room was way too hot and ac didn't work to cool down after 1/2 hr. No answer at front desk for 20 min. Didn't answer phone either. Notified Expedia and they couldn't reach property manager either. Had to leave and book another room. Waste of time! Don't book a room here. Was surprised it was even listed on Expedia.”

“This was our second stay at this property and once again we enjoyed our time. The 2-room suite was beautiful and comfortable, the scene of the lake relaxing. The included breakfast selections were great and the food was tasty. They told us that they're currently doing renovations (5/20/26), but honestly we could not see any signs as they kept everything nice and clean. We look forward to seeing what the renovations bring because in our opinion the property is already lovely.”

“Leaking A/C units onto room floors. The smell of mold was horrible. Had to switch rooms and same problem, not as severe. Strange people showed up late at night. A woman screaming at 1:30 am. I could not wait to get out of there!”

“The room was very dirty, and I had to request a different room. I had a reservation for Saturday with checkout on Sunday, but when I checked in and gave them my credit card, I was mistakenly charged for another guest’s room for an entire week. Although I eventually received a full refund, the experience was extremely disappointing. Because of everything that happened, I would never stay there again.”

“Resolve problem that we needed a last minute place to stay on labor day weekend we just needed a place to sleep.rooms where a little stuffy smell like humidity...and very outdated ac and linens etc. If you're not too picky , you ll survive”
