“The kitchen was well equipped , but lacked a dinner plate. The condo slept 8, but there was only 7 matching plates. We had to scrub clean the rail going upstairBecause of all the dirt on it. There was not enough hot water for sll people to shower. Only 2 short showers. Before the water was luke warm.”

“Upstairs king bed is very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms seemed clean. Kitchen was ok, but the living and dining areas were not. There were ants and also termites (or flying ants). There were some broken lamp switches, no sponge to wash dishes, and the dishwasher door was tough to close. The pull out couch was well-worn and the mattress was very dirty. There were cobwebs on the first floor. We enjoyed the balconies, and it's a great location -- close to historic Newport and the sea lions,...

“The condo was very clean and very good location. Close to the beach and places to eat. The condo was very well equipped and we didn't have to worry about running out of anything (i.e. Toilet paper) Staff was very friendly The only negatives is it is close to Highway 101 so you do hear some road noise. Also there is no dishwasher. Didn't make much difference to us, but it's something to be aware of.”
