“The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were wonderful and attended to our every need. The room was very nice and clean. I didn’t like the coffee in the lobby, I felt it tasted acidic and cheap, that could use improvement, but everything other than that was wonderful.”

“The hotel is beautifully decorated in the lobby. Our room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. Underground parking is nice. Staffs are courteous and helpful.”

“It was a modern hotel, but the location was super noisy, a lot of homeless and the beds were rock hard! Definitely didn’t get a good night sleep any of the nights we stayed.”

“I feel that if an establishment is under a significant remodel that they should have to disclose that the place is a mess, that the amenities, like breakfast and the pool will not be available, or that construction begins at 8:00am and that it will be noisy, If I would have had that information, I would have made different accommodations. So needless to say, I was not impressed with this motel. I booked because I am a repeat customer and did not receive what I paid for,”
