The primary issue is that there is only one small elevator and for a number of rooms you still had to pull your suitcase up 10+ stairs as some rooms were basically between floors. There was a tour checking out when we were trying to depart and there was a queue for the one elevator which only held 2-3 people. The maid staff were also using this same small elevator to transport their cleaning carts to the floors."
