“Very disappointing stay. We booked two rooms through Expedia, and both were musty, unpleasant-smelling, and poorly maintained. One room looked as though it had not been used for a long time. Fixtures were loose, there were no proper towel hooks, the shower soap dispensers were empty, and there were flying insects in the rooms, including a squashed mosquito left on the wall. The rooms felt neglected rather than simply old. Definitely not the standard we expected for the price.”

“Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to……

“What a wonderful hotel overlooking the sea! The staff were more than helpful in assisting with luggage, repairing broken things, and booking taxis! Everyone was so kind! The food at the restaurant is delicious. We had dinner there as well as breakfast after our night there! I hope to come back and stay for a longer time with them in the future! “very nice room and a nice view of the Loch- only issue was the shower. Water was either scalding hot or ice cold- the adjustment didn't work. Also- didn't realize it was located at the end of a residential neighborhood and we were routed from Inverness over 9 miles of a very narrow road that was only wide enough for 1 car- very stressful. Loved Ft William and her restaurant suggestion of Fishy Fishy”
