“We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. When we used the code to open the door THE ROOM WAS……

“The apartment was very cold when we arrived come to find out none of the three heat pumps worked. They brought us space heaters but it was still a very cold first night. Beds were absolutely terrible. Might as well slept on the floor that’s how hard they were. After two nights in those beds we can barely move when we woke up. We had to leave after two nights as our bodies could no longer stand the pain of sleeping on those beds. Mentioned it to host but it was pretty obvious that they weren’t……
