“When i turned the water on, it came out a brownish/orange color. There was a huge crack in the wall in the bathroom. ”

“I asked for a first floor room on my reservation, arrived shortly after check in and no first floor rooms were available. I was given a 2nd floor room, opened the door and the bed covers were all over and the room had not been cleaned. Back to the reservation desk and attendant Mike went up to check on another room before giving me a key. No kleenex and the ledge above the door was dirty and the wash cloth and towels had black stains on them. No ice, machine was broken. When I walked the door……

“Two of the lamps didn't work. One of the two didn't even have a light bulb in it. The room was dirty and smelled like body odor. They really need to renovate and make sure that you have enough light in your room. The door to the hallway looked like it had been kicked in and you could see the hallway through the crack in the door”

“Staff were very kind. When I booked the room it advertised a fridge in the room and when I checked in they told us there was no fridge. We have a truck and found the parking lot very tight to fit in a single spot and open doors. All carpets should be replaced. ”

“It was early in the season, so not much going on. But, definitely a great time to visit and get a lot of R & R. Staff very friendly and room was clean. ”
