“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting...

“It was beautiful, clean and very conveniently located near to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Had trouble with front door lock; followed online instructions and it did not work. Luckily the keypad at very top of door worked to get in and out. How it actually worked and instructions did not match. Refrigerator beeped for approximately 10 minutes when opening right door of it.”

“The condo is centrally located to so many beaches, restaurants, and bars. The whole unit was clean and modern, just what we needed for a beach weekend getaway. We hope to be back soon!”

“We had a great time staying at this perfect located rental. Everything great about Dewey, including the beach, is a quick walk away. The home itself is small but well appointed. We were a couple plus one dog but would have been comfortable with more guests. Would recommend. ”

“I had a wonderful stay here to celebrate my 40th birthday. The unit was well appointed and clean. The amenities at the residences were also great! We left the kids at home this time but next time I will definitely bring the kids. They’d love the pool area and fire pits!”
