“The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take……

“This property was absolutely fascinating. If we could give it 10 stars we would. We stayed in the hummingbird suite and it was breathtaking. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The drinks were very yummy and the pool’s temperature was perfect. We had one in our room also and it was also great. I can’t stop raving about this place. Our favorite boutique hotel so far.”

“We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm……

“Es un súper hotel, desde que llegas la atención es increíble. Lo que más me gustó es que tiene su zona para puro adulto (en la hacienda) y el ambiente ahí es muy tranquilo. Los diferentes restaurantes son una maravilla y la comida ni se diga. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y tienen de todo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.”

“We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did.”

“The hotel was OK. I would not say it was a five star. His staff was great, especially by the pool and cleaning. Staff did a great job inside most of the areas. The view to the right of the hotel and east of the hotel were quite rundown. The view from the room was spectacular as we had an ocean view.”

“The pools were gorgeous, and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk, you could get to Centro or the Zona Dorada; if not, Ubers and taxis are plentiful. The beach was very rocky; when we wanted to go in the ocean, we walked south in the beach to better places.”
