"Maya, the Front Office Supervisor, made my weekend magical. Maya listened, hustled, solved and corrected a snafu with my dinner and did all she could do from then through check out. I spent an amazing weekend at the customer first, self-contained, a well-appointed and clean room, with a cozy balcony, beautiful view of the harbor, hand held shower wand, USB outlets on every wall and strong tasting coffee pods, The Sheraton also has the most efficient and quickest check in and check out process ever. I highly recommend and I’ll return to The Sheraton San Diego Resort."

"I Checked In The Clerk Was Very Helpful And Professional. He Got Me A Room Very Close To The Elevator Like I Requested Due My Handicap Status. I Definitely Like The Handicap Parking Right By The Elevator Too. Oh Yeah Room Was Very Clean And Like That Shower Was A Walk In Shower. I Actually Like The Breakfast With Waffles, Eggs, Sausage, Cereal, Oatmeal, Fruit, Juice And Coffee. I Definitely Liked The Gym, Pool & Jacuzzi. I Seriously Recommend This Awesome Hotel 💯."
