“What a neat place. We had great communication throughout our stay! Eileen was not familiar with a service animal in comparison to a pet but VRBO handled it perfectly. The only thing that was not advised prior was that the homes caretaker lives in a part of the house that is attached. There is an entrance for him outside but there is also one that leads into the house. There needs to be a hook lock or something from the vacationers side for peace of mind. My husband felt a little uncomfortable……
