“The room was as basic as it gets. There was no in-room coffee or tea. Coffee was served out of a big cylindrical coffee maker in the lobby. No morning breakfast. The website said they had memory foam mattresses but my room was a spring mattress…..and this is really weird, the spring bed mattress was turned upside down so that you would be laying on the unpadded bottom. Why would they do that? The room was also just marginally clean. The best things about the room was the off-season price and……

“This was a beautifully designed property with a massive timber reception area, and an attractive appearance with indoor outdoor pool areas, multiple large hot tubs and a fire pit outside. We loved the spacious and modern villa with 2 bedroom, 2 baths and a nice patio. We also really enjoyed an evening at their bar, restaurant, game room. Truly a great place to stay on the north side of Breckenridge, with good access to Frisco and onward to Vail!”

“For a 140 year old hotel, the Delaware is charming! Staff exceptional, restaurant inside which made it handy during a heavy snow. Delicious! ”

“We have stayed here before. Although the room was clean, the common space needed some attention. As this is the off season in Leadville, I don't think there were many other guests and attention to some of those details may have been less than we expected.”
