"Staff was great, Not a great experience with Manager. Room 208 suppose to be PREMIUM, to me it was by far the worse I ever stayed anywhere. YES it was spacious, that is it! Beds were horrible, old and worn out. You sunk in when you sat on the edge and when you slept, you started to roll to the sides. Metal Bedframe was larger then Mattress and you constantly hit your legs on the sharp corners. NO water pressure at all in the shower. The whole room was very dirty floor wise. All baseboards covered in dirt and cracks in every corner. Absolutely bad flooring with cracks and holes. Front door had about 1/2-1 inch crack from top to bottom and under the door, where the sunlight shined in or the lights at night, as well Lovebugs came crawling under the gap of the front door. Foul or Moldy SMELL was horrible and I had to buy room spray to cover it. There was prior problems with booking, but it could not been taking care off cause Manager was on Vacation and no one else was allowed to make a decision. AREA wise it is a great location to many things to see in short distance."

"When you first walk in, you are greeted by the smell of old building. The place definitely needs a total renovation. There was signage for smoke free facility and walking up the stairs you could smell marihuana all over the stairs and hallway. The ceiling tiles were stained. Then in the room the plumbing needed some assistance with flushing and sink drainage, the shower had hair from previous guests. I could go on and on. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In summary, we won’t stay there or recommend it to anyone."

"Second time staying at Kompose Hotel and it’s just as good as the first—clean, modern, and super comfortable. Friendly staff, great amenities, and perfect location. Definitely coming back again!"

"Worst stay. The rooms smell terrible, as if they are not being cleaned and the linens are not being washed. The air conditioner filter is also extremely dirty, like it hasn’t been replaced in a very long time. There were even cockroaches on the pillowcases. Not recommended."

"Our 12th floor suite was spacious and well appointed. The views were wonderful to. House keeping was efficient and attentive to our coming and going. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast as well. I was surprised by the parking fee, which I didn't know about in advance. But there was plenty of parking available and no in out fees or valets to tip. The bar and dinner service were very good as well."

"The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly- always helpful when needed. The breakfast was hot with a wide variety of options. Very pleased with our stay. "

"Staff was indifferent, was on a personal phone call for 5 minutes before he acknolged I was standing at the counter in front of him. He put the phone down for a second asked me my name and proceeded to pick up his personal phone call while processing my check in. There was vomit in the ONLY elevator. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people. Parking was easy."
