“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“Clean and fresh room, comfortable bed. Friendly owners. Air conditioning working well. Pool closed. No ice machine but, owners provided ice. Loud traffic, air conditioning muffled noise some. I would stay again for a quick stay. ”

“Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel gut gelegen, aber für 100€ die Nacht bekommt man deutlich bessere Unterkünfte. In unserem Zimmer hat es unangenehm gerochen und bei starken Regen kommt Wasser durch die Klima ins Zimmer. Für 2 Nächte war es okay, aber buchen würden wir es nicht wieder.”

“I had several issues during my stay- 1. The room was ok, but I did see multiple cockroaches in the room 2. Water pressure in the shower was too low and the temperature was unpredictable. The shower was difficult to adjust for the temperature. 3. TV had weird bright and dark spots on the screen making it difficult to view programs 4. The room and the entire floor had a weird smell. The property feels pretty stuffy from inside. 5. The elevator didn't work one of the days Few of the……

“Didn't stay for Breakfast. When we saw the deplorable condition of the hotel and staff, we immediately checked out. One set of towels, dirty wash cloth, smelly room. No elevator, rusty luggae carts, rusty handles on dresser, and I could go on.”

“Apenas llegué al lugar y vi las condiciones pedí reembolso del dinero pero el encargado me dijo que no podía devolver el dinero. Pedi sábanas y toallas limpiar porque estaban con pelos y manchadas. El me las facilito y así logramos pasar la noche. El estacionamiento fue fácil y seguro. El aire hacía ruido pero funcionó.”

“The hotel was brand new but not yet open. I had to work through hotels.com “support” service that didn’t work over the phone just chat to get refunded. This hotel is not open yet. If you are scheduled to stay here check before you go!!!!”

“I enjoyed this property overall but didn’t care for the automatic $28 charge that makes you spend it at the restaurant. ”
