“This villa is truly a hidden gem. I loved the experience and had a great time. Firstly, I have to mention how kind and helpful the staff were because when we arrived they offered my guests some food which tasted amazing. If you are hesitant about this place, don’t be! Everywhere was very clean, the rooms are huge and the pool was lovely to swim in”

“Had a great 14 days at Reef Villa. The pool and outside area is a great space. House is cool, clean and functional. Stacy cooks and mean brown stew chicken and is helpful whenever needed. The neighbourhood is nice a quiet and the local amenities have you covered.”

“I love the beachfront location of Ligtescape! Unit is very clean, exactly as pictured. As a senior traveler its conveniently close to Ocho Rios town centre and tourist attractions. Easy walking distance in 2-5 mins to the beach, a range of casual and fine dining shops and tons of shopping and local street. ”

Our lovely & gracious cook & housekeeper, Ms. Kerine, prepared delicious meals daily & made our stay very comfortable & delightful! The security guard, Andrew, was friendly, cheerful, & attentive & made us feel safe the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed his guided tour to the calm cove for cliff jumping & snorkeling! The accommodation and grounds are well-kept and nothing was too much trouble for the site manager...truly dedicated to his role...I extended my stay by a few days...the team made me feel at home ...will be sad to leave. “Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!”

“I stayed here with my family of 4. The view was amazing and the pool was nice. Condo is recommended if you are staying or playing new Ocho Rios. Meal options close by are limited but I recommend the little bar across the street. We received a meal that was rancid and soda that was flat at the Italian spot, they didn’t charge for the rancid meal but I would not go back after the experience.”

“We stayed here from Dec 29-Jan. 4 because we had a friend getting married 25 minutes away in Ocho Rios. The owner and property manager were both VERY responsive when we reached out with questions about the property. We had quite a bit of rain and clouds, so needed to use their back up system for hot water as the solar panels can't compete with cloud cover. The absolute best part of our stay was Chef Chris! Don't hesitate to include him in your stay. He made fantastic local cuisine and was very……
