“I had the same lady at front desk. Rude. Not friendly at all. Ignored me to the point I just put my key cards on the desk, I said “thank you for being so pleasant “ and left. I did approach two other ladies who were wonderful!!! I mentioned to them about the water leaking from the ceiling into the jetted tub in our room. We were asleep when we woke up to the sound of water dripping very close and fast. I had called the front desk last night at approx 10:30pm. He came took a look and mentioned……

“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay……
