Fully furnished with high-end designer furniture custom made for this home's floor plan by an exclusive North Carolina artisan furniture factory. The house was lovely and perfectly located for our needs. The golf cart was especially helpful. We appreciated the short drive to the beach, shops and restaurants. We recommend parking at the public access near Dune Allen Drive, as we always found a spot to park and setup on the beach. While the house had everything we needed, was spacious, and beautifully decorated, we were disappointed to find the gas grill was rusted and there was damage to some of the interior trim from a prior guest. The kitchen and dining area accommodated everyone. Having access to the golf cart made a huge difference in getting around. While the walk to the beach wasnt far being able to pack up the golf cart with our beach supplies made it much easier. We did end up packing our own beach supplies (chairs, toys, umbrella, etc) as those items were not available. We drove so wasnt a problem for us but for those flying in keep that in mind. This was our first time to Santa Rosa and there is limited public beach access because of this the beach was always packed. The golf cart they provided was amazing, much appreciated! Overall it was a very nice stay and the beach and water were gorgeous!! The house is very well kept, and the golf cart was the best addition to property. Our kids loved to go for a drive and the place was close to the beach to either walk or take the golf cart. There were lots of little places to eat nearby for the times we didn't feel like cooking and a great pool to spend time in right across the street.
