"They went out of their way to help when stranded by weather/airline. The room was recently updated and the location was ideal for Love Field. There is still construction going on in Lobby but did not affect us at all. The front desk staff answered the phone when we called and went out of her way to make our check in process work when the online reservation was screwed up. We have used this property many times in the past and I am glad it is finally being upgraded. "

"Location was great. Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly. Only issue was checking in. We were supposed to have suite. Ended up with 2 adjoining rooms. We prepaid but were still charged for one room. Did receive a refund the next morning. Otherwise everything was great."

"The property did not have easy instructions to get into, the check in process was extremely confusing. Hallway smelled like trash because there was a large pile of trash sitting outside overnight. Apartment had broken items (strange broken painting randomly on floor). Not the worst place I've ever stayed but wouldn't recommend"

"I purposely booked this property, instead of a B&B, with adjoining suites so our family could be together and move between rooms. Upon check in I was told they did not have adjoining rooms and they gave us the next best thing. Side by side rooms. This is the whole reason I booked this property. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious, but very disappointed in the being mislead about the adjoining rooms."
