The beach is just 550 meters away, easily accessible on foot! The accommodation includes: a pleasant, air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed, TV, and renovated kitchenette (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher); a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and wardrobe; a separate, airy alcove with two bunk beds, perfect for children; a bathroom with shower and sink; and a separate toilet. Easy parking is available in the numbered private parking space (no. 508) within a secure residence with a caretaker and automatic gate access. Pets are not allowed. A cozy, practical, and perfectly located apartment for a relaxing holiday by the sea! Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details) OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €90, mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week).
