The level of hospitality he provided, consistently, throughout our stay is by far the best and most attentive I have ever received while traveling. He personally ensured we received items we requested, such as towels, and offered many suggestions for exploring the city. “We absolutely LOVED our stay there! The lady at the front desk, Marina, helped make our vacation fantastic with all her help and knowledge of the area with restaurants and things to do! Fantastic front desk service! However, we did have to switch rooms once due to a rattling AC, but they were amazing about trying to fix it and when it didn’t work, they happily gave us another room. The pool there is one of the best pools I’ve been it! Clean, relaxing and lots of fun! The private beach was nice……
