“We stayed for six days visiting family and sightseeing, the location is truly excellent. It’s close to dining, shopping, I-25, & Arapahoe Road, with many restaurants and stores within a few blocks. It’s also a great base for exploring, with scenic drives and attractions within about an hour.The unit was very clean, including corners & surfaces. The kitchen had essentials, but could use more plates (only four, one is chipped which we don’t use) and food storage containers—we ended up reusing……

“Overall, we were disappointed by the property. The home was dirty and not maintained very well. We suggest hiring a new cleaning service. Amenities were bare minimum. The home says it sleeps 10, but it sleeps 10 with a blowup mattress. On a positive note, the communication with the owner was very good. He was very responsive and quick to help if we had any issues.”

“Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly.On a "needs improvement side" there are several things. “Perks.... location, t.p., dishwasher and washing machine pods, easy access, quiet, parking, communication with host, mattress and pillows acceptable.Cons....I didn't find any updates, wouldn't call it beautiful. Inadequate kitchen linens, & supplies for cooking meals. Bed had no blanket. Heavy grease, buildup throughout the kitchen, cupboard doors, switch plates, floor. Heavy dust build up on all inside trim of bathroom, and baseboards throughout. Dirty & dead flys in tracks of patio door &……
