“The property is in a bad neighborhood, hard to find. Everything is old and in poor condition. The personal was friendly and helpful, but breakfast was no more than a snak.”

“The room did not have a clean welcoming vibe. The room needs a complete renovation.its old snd lacked amenities that are normal in a room. No shampoo, no body wash, no iron or ironing board. The tv did not work , noisy ice machine, top floor I was I. Bottom Room 101, could hear every step taken in room. Telephone not working. The sink had. An old fashioned rubber stopper , you could see all the way down the sinkhole drain. The electric plug was broken in half… one queen size bed was broken, it……

“Room was clean,staff was very helpful the stay was very peaceful.”

“We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.”

“Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator.”

“It’s good hotel to stay in Sonoma close to all the next cities since is on the edge of the street. Good rooms good staff hmmm just the breakfast is something very poor if you unfortunately go like 8:30 am the best thing you gonna eat is waffles with a sausage and a egg that’s all, oh they said they have 24/7 coffee which what a coincidence whenever I wanted there was not only decaffeinated that honestly with what they charge they could improve the food, that there are more options at least like……
