西南度假短租

“The property is very cozy and well maintained. It’s close to any dining, transportation, entertainment experience you’ll want to discover. It is well stocked with kitchen/linen amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property as well as forthcoming with info regarding local activities. Although it’s the basement apartment of the main house, upstairs noise was not an issue… very quiet! Colorful host artwork throughout…cheery. Greeter……

“Felt so relaxed throughout my stay”

“It was a good place, with a large, well – stocked kitchen, dining area, and couch, coffee table, and TV sitting area. It was nice to have a garage, but fairly awkward to get in and out of it, and it is not big enough for a truck or large SUV. Very attentive host. I will stay there again next time I visit my son, who lives close by.”

“As a part of a long road trip across the country and back, this little place was so comfortable and welcoming! Clay is a great host. We liked so many things about the house, but I will begin with the location. There are several parks within walking distance. Old Town Arvada is a 25 minute walk and has so many charming shops and eateries. We went downtown to visit the capitol building too. The security guard told us about a tour beginning in just a few minutes. It was so informative and we really……

“My daughter and I left this AirBB several days early. We didn’t enjoy the basement vibe and were there during a very hot time - with no AC. We could definitely hear the homeowner and her son and dog upstairs. That wasn’t a deal breaker for me as I’m a mom of twins and a dog lover. BUT between the heat, the noise, the low ceilings and virtually no natural light, this was not for us. I suppose it was a fine value and it is a great location.”

“Very clean and quiet.”

“The location is great. Near shops, food etc. The property was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and quiet. The only issues we had is that the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. So stuff stayed wet and damp. There is also no sink”

“Overall, this was a very good experience. The only thing that would have been better with the VRBO is if there were a bathroom (even a 1/2 bath) on the first floor. My wife does not like stairs but needed to go up and down more time than she would have if there were a lower-level bathroom. This is in a very quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located to the events we were going to. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Enough kitchen supplies. The bath towels were bigger than many……

“入住的流程都算順利, 房間的裝潢很新, 平時我最在意的廁所也同樣很清潔, 有廚房對於出差在外的人來說真的件很棒的是事情, 因為不用每餐都在餐廳吃, 唯一缺點就是附近遊民似乎有點多(其實downtown也很多), 除了這個 住宿本身真的說不出什麼缺點~”

“Great space. Several restaurants and bars walking distance. Short car ride to convention center/theater district.”

“Excellent, and accommodating.”
