“Let me first say please do any and all research before you book this property. This neighborhood is awful. Literally witnessed someone break into the house across the street. We were scared to let the kids play outside. They do have a fenced in back yard, it’s barely hanging on, and the grass was not cut. We reached out on weds night expressing concerns with cleanliness and the grass - our kids wanted to at least run around in the back yard. It wasn’t safe for them to play in the front. After……

“Matthew was a great VRBO host. Our family had no issues with check in or gate and door codes. The house was very clean and everything you would need was supplied. The beds were comfy. Lots of towels and bedding. We were in close distance to everything we wanted to do. Caught a Sabres game, went to Niagara Falls, walked around some cool areas like Lewiston and Elmwood. Allentown had a lot to offer as well. Had a rain day so went and hung out at the Walden Galleria for a while. We would definitely……
