“Our recent stay at Lenox Hotel was disappointing. The property is quite old and lacks modern facilities. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with leaking taps and no exhaust fan or proper ventilation, making it feel very stuffy and suffocating. There was also a strange, unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and for the price, we expected much better maintenance and facilities. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.”

“Hotel is good and comfortable. However, the nearby environment is not too convenient for international tourists. Parking fee needs to download app and does not accept international credit card. Luckily, Hotel can help to register my rental car plate number and pay for us.”

“From our arrival until our departure we felt welcome! The property was both charming and inviting, the staff were lovely, we both were made feel totally at ease from start to finish! This is a great place to stay! We admittedly had a brief but enjoyable stay because we were catching a midnight train, so if I had a tiny comment to make it would be that the room we stayed in would benefit from curtains or something to cut down the light , as sleeping during the day would have been easier……
