“Staff was friendly, room was clean. Only real issue was the pillows - they were down/alternative and provided basically zero support. The bed was a bit firm for me, but husband loved it. Pool was a little warm (and cloudy) for me, but kid was so happy to have somewhere to swim. Overall, 4/5. ”

“We were provided an upgrade when our room key did not work after returning from dinner. The upgrade was from a single room to a suite, I was rather surprised after being told it was a bigger room. Great job to the staff.”
