"Rented 7 nights with this motel, disappointed on the 1st night as the upper room had a ongoing terrible smell to it, felt that the room hadn't been freshen up in a long time. The towels and bed sheets and pillow case had the same smell. On a closer look dirt was found behind the bed, toilet was rocking so had to sit on it with care, Tv was outdated and not very clear. I feel this could of be prevented if there is a housekeeping inspector doing a quick check after housekeeping staff is done with the rooms. The management was kind enough to reimbursement me for the 1st night and would of been nice to meet her to thank her. I was moved to a lower floor room and was like a 360 degrees turn around. Room was spotless, smelled way better and the TV was a newer one with a clearer picture. The location was great as it is close to several restaurants, ice cream shops, parks and the beach are all in walking distance."

"This was our first time staying at a Hyatt property, as we typically choose Marriott or Hilton. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality of the amenities, especially the luxurious towels, comfortable bedding, and bathroom toiletries. The attention to detail and overall comfort of the accommodations exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated how pet-friendly the property was, making our stay even more enjoyable. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a valet-only property, so there is no self-parking option. Overall, Hyatt has certainly earned a place among our preferred hotel brands. We highly recommend this property to travelers looking for quality accommodations, thoughtful amenities, and a welcoming environment for their four-legged companions. We look forward to staying at Hyatt again!"
