“Beautiful setting backing up to the lake. Mornings sitting on the screened in patio were the highlife of the day. Everything was as advertised and then some. Thank you.”

“I have to start by saying I'm a tough marker--10's only go to the top few VRBO spots I've ever experienced. But this was a good spot for our vacation. We read some concerns about the neighbourhood, but feel this is overblown. Given that the closest neighbours are a senior citizen's centre and a vet clinic, it was not at all intimidating to us--felt comfortable walking around at all times. The condo complex is a little older than some, but the unit has been upgraded, including kitchen and……

“Pros: Location! Tons of stores and restaurants nearby. Golf course view and walking path are wonderful. Pool was warm enough for the kids to swim. Safe and mostly quiet. Security cameras in parking lot. Cons: Master sink was clogged so I bought Draino. My kids found a large cockroach in their bathroom. Only two washcloths in the whole place. Upstairs neighbor has small child who runs (stomps) a lot. Couch is not a bed but pulls out to be larger couch.”

“It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. ”

“This condo is freshly updated and filled with everything you would need, Sherri thought of everything you could ask for and from the bed clothes to the the towels, everything is quality!!! The parking is covered as well as the pool and lake have keys to enter for safety purposes. Screened in Lanai was perfect in the morning for coffee and the pool was clean, and refreshing! The area stores and restaurants are a bit “shady” but only 10 miles away is Scottsdale and other very clean accommodating……

“What a perfect place for a centrally located spot! It is SO quiet, has great security (and privacy), and is extremely clean. It's a sweet retreat with everything as advertised. My stay was a week long, and I plan on staying here next time I visit. If you have time, check out Trevor's (food, liquor, cigars and Ping Pong) right up the street.”

“This was a nice room in a larger home in Sun City, a very quiet neighborhood…the only downfall was there appeared to be no hot water, intially, the owner ended up giving us specific instructions on how to obtain the hot water, my suggestion is she should post a sign, maybe in a frame in the bathroom, to tell of the peculiar way to obtain the hot water in the shower…other than that the bed and bedsheets were very cozy and the TV has a very nice picture…the only other suggestion is to install a……

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”
