“The kitchen had everything we needed! Clean, nice bathroom. Skylight in livingroom, was really bright for Murphybed sleeping.”

“Good room size for family and pet. But the service is not satisfied. I asked for some tea bags for three times, finally they sent me the tea bags after 15 hours. ”

“Plenty of space with three bedrooms and one with bunk beds. Not new but well maintained. Great location for Mr bachelor and not too far from bend. One bathroom is probably the only downside. ”

“The facilities were excellent. They had a hot tub, which we didn't use. The kitchen had all things needed for any microwaveable food, and a refrigerator for food storage. It is an excellent staging area for hikes in the area, with multiple hiking opportunities in the nearby. The staff went out of their way to please our every wish. I would highly recommend staying there. This is not a kid friendly location.”

“Elevator stopped working while five of us were in it. Tried to call staff to discuss issue and they refused to engage in conversation. Simply stated that help was going to come. In general staff were not prioritizing the customer experience at all. Especially During breakfast time. Overall, the hotel is nice and is clean, but the Customer service was very poor.”

“You do get what you pay for, so caveat emptor. The rate was cheap, close to where I desired, and had a clean bathtub. They advertised as pet friendly and I would describe the owners as pets tolerable. They charged $50 for two small dogs and they definitely are not dog people. They have an ill tended fenced lawn in front which had trash strewn about and no trash can for disposal of dog poop. The room was better than the exterior of the motel with some decent furniture and new curtains. The bed……
