“We came in town for a concert. The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The house was very clean and updated. The grass was a little tall, but I think the previous rain kept it from being cut. The gate on the fence had an opening at the bottom, so pets had to be leashed in the fenced in back yard when let outside. Everyone had a great time and would highly recommend the host and house. ”

“It was a wonderful overnight stay for a big group of 10. There was enough room at the ground floor and the second floor that we don't have to use the extension room/casita. There were washer/dryer at both ground and second floor; there is a free, fast wifi as well.Kardapa is a great host. Check-in instructions were detailed and all useful information were provided to us that it makes our stay so smooth-sailing.”

“Amazing location if you are hitting the museums—we didn’t drive anywhere during our stay since we were close enough to walk to most of the museums and to get dinner. Property was just as described, clean and comfortable with good beds and linens. Would def return!”

“The property is beautiful and looks just as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and not too far from downtown. There was plenty of safe gated and private parking.The upstairs and downstairs units mirror each other. They both have 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen that looked emaculant, and a large open space for the living and dining room. The pool area / backyard was well maintained and had plenty of seating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again. ”

“This house was very comfortable. The bed in the master was great! Could use some deep pocket sheets and an extra blanket perhaps instead of the heavy duvet. Otherwise very comfortable! Everything was very clean. Having provisions such as paper goods, cleaning supplies and basics was really nice. Quiet safe neighborhood with lots of things a short drive away. Easy to check in and great communication with hosts. Would consider renting this again if needed. ”

“Came into Houston for a guys trip. Wanted a place close to NRG stadium since we were going to the game. This place absolutely delivered on that. It’s legitimately about 7 minutes from the stadium. Checking into this property was a breeze. The host provided both the gate key and and home entrance code in sufficient time to access the property with no problem.
