“My daughter was travelling alone. It took 12 hours to get over the passes and she was too tired to keep going so I tried to get her a hotel. The hotel turned her down at the front desk because she did not have a physical credit card on her. It took us another hour and a half to get her to another room where I was able to sign a form over my email authorizing her to be able to use my credit card over the phone.She was scared and thought she was going to have to sleep in a parking lot overnight.……

“Excellent place to stay. Right off the freeway, in an industrial area but doesn’t feel like it. Great pool with waterside and very friendly staff. My only complaint is that I called in the morning for early check in and was told that we could come 1 hour early. But then our room wasn’t ready when we got there. Ended up waiting until almost the normal check in time. Not a huge complaint, but annoying when travelling with children. They did give us coloring and cookies to pass the time…. So that……
