“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

“Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. Interim furniture that was there was still very comfortable and useful. Fully equipped kitchen, but icemaker in door...

“Great location! We took the train in to avoid worrying about parking, and between walking, Uber, and the subway everything was easy to get to.House was clean and overall comfortable. There’s always things with a rental you wish were different, but bottom line - I would stay here again if we came to the area.”

“Great neighborhood with lots of great stuff within walking distance. If you have a car with you this is great - off street parking is fab and fits a smaller to mid size vehicle. Great place to share with friends as you each have your own floor with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. ”

The townhouse is walking distance to several nice restaurants and the historic district. The house has modern appliances but has retained the historic charm of the neighborhood.Just be aware, this house will NOT accommodate anyone with mobility issue due to 2 very steep, narrow staircases. “Nice and covert clean and new. Some difficulty with electronic door lock with the afternoon sun making it not work properly but I was able to reach the owner right away and they were going to replace it. Waking distance to many restaurants and a 30 minute safe walk to downtown and lots of bars and food. ”
