"We loved this property but recognize the steep walk up and 55 steps down to our room might not be for everyone. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room. Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful. The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour. The apartment was spacious with very comfortable furniture. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Yelapa. It was our first time to Yelapa, and Jay helped us organize a private boat to town from a marina close to the airport. The house is also only a minute or so from the town pier.The view from the house was unbeatable, waking up every morning was a delight, and watching sunset in the evenings was amazing as well. "VRBO description inaccurate-no TV, street # was incorrect, and when I asked the host he said no laundry facilities. However, later he said it was ok and gave us the key to the laundry area. Secure parking. Once we settled in, we enjoyed our 9 day stay. Basic, small 1 bedroom apartment; fabulous views from the balcony-great sunrises and sun sets. 10 min walk to town centre.
