The price is hard to beat, so one has to accept cooking on a single burner hot plate and microwave, and the distance involved in getting groceries. "Awesome space in a vibrant neighbourhood. We were concerned that it be quite far from the beach, but it's really only a 7 to 10 minute walk which is enjoyable because you see all the different shops and restaurants on the way which gives you ideas for dinner and shopping. The rooftop infinity pool is second to none, well appointed common area that is accented by a rather large cannabis plant, which adds to the vibe. The only drawbacks were that the building just finished construction so...
