"It took us 45 minutes to get checked in even though there were too individuals. We reserved a king bed and we're given two queens because the "things were sold out". What's the point of making reservation if you don't get what you reserved?"

View from this suite was the next building Via Sophia restaurant was good We had great experiences from previous stays. Hotel did credit me some fees.becausenof the leaking ceiling."

"Giving it a three star because there was no A/C in the room and it was quite hot in DC. The location was great as it was located right in the heart of DC. The staff was friendly and helpful but we didn’t realize that breakfast was NOT complimentary, so ultimately I didn’t even eat breakfast but that’s not a big deal. Overall, it was a decent experience. Location was ideal, but A/C was not working"
