"There is obviously a lot to of remodeling and upgrades going on. New hot tub was not installed. Bathrooms, beds and kitchen were nice. Floors and windows were very dirty. There were no bath washcloths. Perhaps they are not included. The wood exterior side walk is dangerous and needs replaced."

"Booked the Penthouse but had to switch rooms to a smaller suite due to the AC not working even after maintenance inspected it. I was really surprised how dirty the couch in the Penthouse was. The seat cushions were so filthy I could see brown discoloration. This was surprising because the hotel and rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Everything looked immaculate. Front desk reception was professional, responsive, and got us into a very nice 3 bedroom suite. He apologized for the inconvenience and...
