"I would definitely recommend this property. Everything was great. The staff was always kind and helpful. The facility was always clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our room was always clean when we returned from our activities and smelled so good. We always felt safe and they had staff on duty all night monitoring the facility. The restaurant had the best food we ate on our whole trip. It was absolutely delicious and the waiter was fantastic. There is not one thing I can say negative. This place is top quality. "

"If you get the chance stay here!! Its walking distance from Felipe Carrillo Puerto Airport.Price point for my single room was exceptional. Didn't hear a single jet when I was in my room. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff were very accommodating.The roof top restaurant and pool area is top shelf. The waitstaff in the morning need to polish their serving skills slightly. ordered breakfast (pancakes), side of bacon and cappuccino. Brought the pancakes with no syrup. Side of bacon came after I finished my pancakes.Could have been an off day. Over all the food was excellent. The view of airport and surrounding jungle was breath taking during the day. At night it was lit and the view was stunning. "

"Loved our stay & will be back. Stephanie was super accommodating and met all of our needs. My first time in Tulum & absolutely no complaints. Looks just like photos & the vibe was very peaceful ! 5 min drive to a strip with tons of affordable street food, and there are some restaurants on the strip as well. There’s also a beautiful park on the strip and the area feels safe. I would get a rental next time, but to only stay in the local area because some places take you through the actual jungle with no real road to be able to get to your destination. Easy to access a taxi tho. Tip: if you are planning to go to sculpture park it’s 20 min drive and located next to the beach so pack a bathing suit to enjoy the beach afterwards. There is a nice strip over there as well with bars and restaurants along the beach. We walked the beach and found several fun things to do over there. Food in that area was pricey in my opinion (compared to the strip by the hotel). "

"My daughter and I stayed here at this place for a month, and let me just say it is EXACTLY what we needed! Rooftop terrace was an absolute bliss, surrounded by peace and nature. Place is very spacious, fully equipped and management was very helpful! Definitely recommend if you just want to escape and connect with nature. Also, they have a nice gym. "
