“I travel a lot and rental houses can be hit or miss in some areas. This little carriage house is adorable. Very clean, well appointed, the bed is sooo comfortable, and it is walkable to everything in downtown. Downtown Ohio is a little gem! The amenities are so thoughtful; Laura is a great host. Clear instructions, prompt responses, lovely to work with! I’ll definitely try and stay again! ”

“My husband and I stayed here with another couple. It was a perfect place for two couples because we each had a primary suite and shared the living room/kitchen area. We loved being able to walk around in the village as well as being walking distance to High Street. It was only a 7-minute drive to Nationwide Arena for the Blues game. Host suggested we go to their mom’s house to drop off my pets and take their side gig “party bus” to go look at other properties they had, but none were furnished. “This condo is in the heart of the city but is pretty quiet and felt pretty safe. The owner did keep it well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. The bed and the couch were comfortable too. We were attending a convention and took the easy walk there and back every day (multiple times on a couple of days). It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk on level ground with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars along the way.”

“Stayed here for two nights to visit our daughter and attend an OSU football game.On the upside, the property itself was clean and simple, well-located in the German Village, walkable to Schmidt’s German restaurant. Parking was easy, both behind the unit and on the street in front. On the downside, the unit was not very comfortable. We had an interior unit with almost no natural lighting. Insulation was really poor - each time we opened the bedroom closet we were greeted by an arctic gust. The……
