“We only stayed for a short period of time so we were only there to sleep and get up early then use the amenities no elevator so if you are handicap unless requested more level, upper level is inside entrance and lower level door outside entrance stairs were confusing closer stairs to the room and no parking spaces available for you to park. Had to park in the back.”

“There were cigarette burns on the comforter, no light bulbs in the lamp on the nightstand, and the AC made a loud rattling sound even when powered off. But the staff was friendly at check-in and the price was affordable. There's a Tim Horton's and a Wendy's in walking distance, which was nice.”

“I temporarily stayed due to becoming homeless unexpectedly. They let me bring my beloved cat and I was treated with respect. It's outdated but clean. The rates were great.”

“The place needs updated desperately. Ice machine in 2nd floor doesn’t work. The beds didn’t have mattress covers just sheets. I was charged 2 nights and only reserved for one and stayed one. Still waiting on a refund.”

“As soon as I opened the door the place reaked like a dog kennel. When I flicked the light switch nothing happened so I had to make my way over to the lamp near the door and tried to turn it on but it wasn't even plugged in. Neither was the ac unit. The ac was completely broken with knobs coming off in my hand the the plug had burn marks all over it. The sheets & pillowcases all had stains on it. The manager did give me a can of Febreeze for the smell & luckily I had brought a box fan with me……

“The room had bed bugs, unknown blood stains on bedding and no help offered from the management staff. Never brought us new blankets even when asked. When told there were bed bugs the staff told us to “go back to our room, it’s okay, they’ve already bitten you so its fine, can’t get worse” we then checked out immediately, which was early and we were offered no compensation for the night missed, which was $351 a night because of Sonic Temple and we then had to miss the remainder of the festival……
