“This was the most pleasurable experience! From check in, to helping me up the stairs to my room, ensuring the room temp and TV were set and calling to check in if I needed anything. “There was no one to check in with but there was a phone number to call. It only took a few minutes before someone came to check me in. There was a bit of a mix up with my booking but was sorted out in short order.This is a family owned and operated hotel from my understanding. Au debut, j'hésitais car je ne connaissais pas trop le terme gite. J'ai parler avec le propriétaire par téléphone. Il était très sympatique et il a très bien répondu à mes questions. “While it seemed that the hotel may be undergoing some updating, in our room the bathroom fan was hanging down, the drawers on the dresser wouldn't stay closed and the ironing board wouldn't close up again for us. That said, staff were very good and accommodating and in general the place is a decent place considering the price point.”

“Host is awesome. The house decor is unique and interesting to see the things collected on the host's travels. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative experience was the size of the bed. We booked the room that advertised a king sized bed, and it wasnt a king. It was two double mattresses pushed together. The drawback of this was my feet dangled off the bed all night long. I have a king at home and was hoping to achieve the same level of comfort. Other than that, everything was wonderful. ”
