"It was a nice property. Parking is not free like they state. Our second day staying there a some lady that worked there called us saying our credit card for declined and our room keys wouldn't work when we got back. I knew we had the funds and when I went to the front desk to have them run the card again they said it was a mistake and it was someone else. This was frustrating because we were on another island worried about this and didn't fully enjoy our day until it was resolved."

"Very clean hotel and right next to the beach! Cable and AC was amazing and shower water pressure was strong, so definitely worth the stay! "

"We were put up by Westjet on vouchers. Our first night was in the main wing near the pool. Extremely small & dirty rooms. Very dated. Piss poor air conditioning. Incredibly uncomfortable and lumpy beds. Our 2nd nite was our responsibility and we chose to stay in the tower wing away from the pool. If you have a choice… DO THIS!! Comfortable bigger and completely redone rooms. Queen beds. Spacious shower. Wall mounted PROPERLY WORKING AC! Nite and day difference. Main wings should be shut down and renovated. I’d give the main wing rooms 2 stars at best. Tower rooms were 4.5 "

"We booked this place when our flight was cancelled and there was no place closer to the airport available or accessible due to flooding. I wish we had more time to enjoy it. The staff was nice enough to wave the resort and parking fees and gave us some credit for breakfast under the circumstances. It was an amazing place with multiple pools and had live flamingos of all things. Definitely plan to stay here next time we are in Maui. "

"Parking was available at all times. Good restaurant on site with very reasonable prices for Maui. If you are looking for a resort with top of the line room service and amenities, this is probably not the place for you. I went to Maui to see Maui, not stay in a hotel room the whole time. We were there only about nine hours every night, just enough time to catch a shower and a good nights sleep. If you are this type of person, than this place is affordable, safe, and clean without breaking your wallet. I would definitely stay here again."

"Such a fun place!! Despite the crazy tropical storm that came through during our stay the staff was so friendly and helpful and kept everything going strong. Makenna made the most delicious chocolate chip pancakes both mornings and was a pure delight to visit with. Steven was extra helpful at the front desk upon our check-in. We didn't have any complaints about anyone or anything while we were there. Would highly recommend it and will definitely return.!!"

"Paid close to 1k for the week. Then come check in, surprise! Pay another $400 for parking and amenities. What do i say? NO? I'm on an island i dont have a choice."

"The location was easy to find. It was nice to open the patio door and walk out onto the grass and then the sand. Unfortunately, people walking by can easily look into the living room. That was really the only downside. The view of the sunsets are amazing. One rainy day, I looked out and saw whales spy hopping. We never had a problem parking. Shopping and restaurants are close by."
