“This was an excellent place for us to stay our first night on Maui. Be aware that the parking is not free, which is ridiculous as the parking lot serves the hotel alone. With a bit of discussion the staff managed to refund the ticket, but it was certainly an annoyance and could be much better managed/communicated by the hotel.”

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“Breakfast was repetitive and not very good, and the food in the restaurants was very expensive. The service was terrible; I had to go to the lobby twice to get someone to clean the room. There were cockroaches on the balcony, and people were smoking marijuana there—the smell wafted right into my room. I made a bad choice 😢!”
