“I understand it’s the off-season, but the motel and the sister motel next-door both had no heat, and it was way too cold to sleep in there. so we weren’t able to stay. I will say, the owner/manager was really nice about it, and tried to help,. I think they overcharge at $100 a night for this place because it’s the most basic motel room you’ll ever see. I would only recommend this for college students on spring break who just need a bed to lay their head in and want to be near the boardwalk. ”

“Check in was complicated as desk clerk spoke broken English. He was unable to answer questions. “Come back in the morning” was standard response. Basic stripped down, no frills motel. “The 2 bedroom house was great. I have to be honest at 1st i thought it was a little sketchy, since i booked through 1 motel and when i called to confirm they couldn't find my reservation at 1st but eventually did. Then i was told i had to check in at a different motel to get the key to the house.
