“Nice refurbished old hotel with good parking. Check-in staff were excellent. The common areas were well maintained although in a few places paint was showing a little wear in the stairs to the courtyard rooms. The room was an old style room but well repurposed, everything was well cleaned. The bathroom was new and excellently maintained with everything working well and the water nice and hot. The spa, gym and pool were well equipped, although in an unusual configuration- steam room and sauna……

“I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff alone make this a place worth staying at. Nicky, behind the bar, was so welcoming and even offered us a lift back from a wedding we were attending. And the breakfast is first class!”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”
