“Very nice”

“Breakfast was ok, didn't eat much. Coffee was excellent. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was clean. Fresh towels etc. ”

“This was my second time attempting to stay at this hotel, and I had previously stayed here for a period of time, so I had a certain level of trust in this property. However, this experience was very disappointing. Due to a necessary name correction on the reservation, Expedia assisted in updating the guest name, and I presented the updated information to the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, due to a system synchronization delay on the hotel’s side, the updated information was not visible……

“Kitchen was good! Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Didnt have much options for using the tv couldnt use apps to log into unfortunately, but not the biggest deal.”

“Everything was fine, but the temp control in room 627 is wonky. It blows out nice, warm air, and then it inexplicably starts blowing out cold air. If we turned it off and then back on, it would reset and start blowing warm again. It would always revert to blowing out cold air, though. We woke up a couple times freezing bc the heater decided to become an AC unit. ”
